Athiests, Jews, Muslims & all, the wise men travelled many miles to worship the Messiah-how far do U go 4 God?

Matthew 2:9-11 The wise men followed the star to Bethlehem the place Jesus was promised to be born

"He shall come forth from Bethelhem from Eternity."

Only God comes from Eternity.

Isaiah predicted he would be God with us born from a pure young maiden vigin and be a miracle which is a sign. Isaiah 7:14

"Unto us a child is born, a Son is given and he will be almighty God and the prince of peace." Isaiah 9:6

from the Jewish Mazoretic text-do not use the liberal reform version of Philadelphia which did change the Hebrew meaning as they reject the Jewish orthodox exact translation of the Hebrew

THE JEWISH SCRIPTURES PROMISED THAT HE WOULD BE REJECTED-yet a proof of the perfect Hebrew words-is that the orthodox Jewish who reject Jesus -yet many are coming to faith now too-leave these passages in their Jewish scriptures.

"He will be exaulted. He will first be marred more than any man and lay down his life to make atonement for our sins.

How far would U go for Jesus?

Athiests, Jews, Muslims %26amp; all, the wise men travelled many miles to worship the Messiah-how far do U go 4 God?
not far enough...but i wish i could go further...i would go anywhere for God..what about you???he came down to heaven to die for us and we cant get anyway near what he did for us but we can do our best..

rock on dude!!!
Reply:Wow! You're getting worse, aren't you? I fear for your sanity.
Reply:I'm an Atheist, and I totally agree with what you're saying.
Reply:About as far as I'd go for the Easter Bunny. You see in case the fact has escaped your simple mind, atheists don't believe in your god.
Reply:Athiests do not believe in god so what are they fighting? better yet whom do they serve ?
Reply:I don't go anywhere for Jesus. Jesus of Nazareth is a long dead human being who is not nothing but dust and bones. Until you can find some DNA evidence to show he did not have the required 46 chromosomes all humans have then I will not believe in his divinity.

He was a social activist of his time, riled up the mainstream and was put to death for political motives. That's it.
Reply:why should I go far for something that isn't exactly believable?
Reply:Huh?

I don't believe in the existence of god nor jesus, therefore you question doesn't make a lot of sense.

Edit

It still doesn't make sense. I think you are getting it wrong, is not that we care or not if we go to hell, is that we don't believe in the existence of hell, therefore the argument is meaningless. I don't say that you are right or wrong, i just say that for me your argument is meaningless.

Edit2

You ask me what i would do for atheism, mmmm that's a tricky question. I'm an atheist, yet i wouldn't do anything for atheism, because atheism isn't actually a belief system. If you ask me what i would do to hold my principles and values(of which atheism forms part), I'd say i would live and die for them.

About deities, a perfect omnigod is logically impossible, yet some sort of demigod might be viable, though i wouldn't know how to deal with it until i met it.
Reply:the road to faith cant be measured...Mecca is not the end...
Reply:Well I'd get up...but I'm already in my pajamas. So I think I'll stay here.
Reply:What *I* can't understand is why you don't actually know any Biblical Hebrew enough to really understand what these passages are saying--for example, Isaiah 7:14 does NOT refer to a virgin. Sorry!

I've already found my path to G-d and it ain't yours. Grow up and accept that--worry more about your own salvation.
Reply:In paul's fictional book, a bunch of people went a great distance to see a baby from a girl who never had sex, etc. etc... It was just like all the other fiction of the day, and has nothing to do with God..
Reply:You know that atheists don't believe in god/s, right? That means no messiah, and typically no heaven/hell. No need for a "savior."

I mean, I guess this is a good question for Christians but it's irrelevant to atheists. It's like asking them how far they'd go for Santa Claus.

So to answer the question...I wouldn't go anywhere at this time, for your god or for Santa Claus.
