Holocaust Poem?

What do you think?

Cries is what we hear,

suffering is what we feel,

for we are the hated the end is near.

Lord why is it that ye from Bethlehem,

that sacrificed his cattle to

Jehova be the lamb,

to the beast that forever eats the wicked twisted cross of German?

Why is it that he who bear

the holy star of David,

be marked with a scralet letter

and suffer from such hatred?

Oh lord I do not understand,

please deliver me from misery

and take ye back to Bethlehem.

Holocaust Poem?
i like it a lot.revise it once or twice and the change could be phenomenal.

change german to germany and insert a comma:

for we are the hated ,the end is near.
Reply:This is very interesting and moving. I have not seen this important topic written as a poem on this site. I don't understand why the suffering was permitted to happen too.
Reply:The 'ye's' are a bit pompous
Reply:I'm polish jew and my great grandmother was in the holocaust i don't like the first two lines, it's as if spoken by someone who thinks they know, or thinks that they understand, but don't get the true meaning, the true pain, the true torture and human suffering, just work on it, it could be really touching and indepth, just a bit detached at the moment.
Reply:Its OK but I think you should change German to Germany!
